We provide assistance with Form A’s, questionnaires, schedule of deficiencies, court bundle preparation and attending hearings (both in person and remote).

    Do you need help with deciding who gets to spend time with the children? We have years of experience in custody and child arrangements matters.     Are you experiencing unwanted harassment? Or, are you being accused of domestic abuse? Non-Molestation orders are available for those who are experiencing unwanted harassment and pestering. If you are a respondent of a non-molestation application, we are able to provide reasonable assistance. We offer assistance with applications, attendance to hearings and overall assistance with cases (such as bundle preparation and assistance with witness statements)
